• Pay your tuition and return your signed admission ticket on the first class.
• Attend all classes within your session (missed classes must be made up prior to last class of your current session). 
• Provide us with copies of all of your Test scores, including pre-scores.

• Take two official tests after completing the Studyworks program. Score improvement based on all sections of the exam. For full money back guarantee, two post tests are required.
• Submit refund requests within 90 days from the final official test date.
• Studyworks will refund you 100% of your tutition if your score does not increase and you have met all of the above requirements.

• Submit refund requests within 90 days from the final official test date.
• Studyworks will refund you $1 for every point you fall short of the 300 points and you have met all of the above requirements.

ACT 5-point Guarantee*

• Pay your tuition and return your signed admission ticket on the first class.
• Attend all classes within your session (missed classes must be made up prior to last class of your current session). 
• Provide us with copies of all of your ACT scores, including pre-scores. 
• Complete all homework.
• Take two official tests after completing the Studyworks program. Score improvement based on all sections of the exam. For 5 point guarantee, two post tests are required.
• Submit refund requests within 90 days from the final official test date.
• Studyworks will refund you $50 for every point you fall short of the 5 points guaranteed and you have met all of the above requirements.

Tutorial Policies

• All in-home tutorials require an adult be present at all times.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 1 hour penalty.
• All tutorials must be prepaid or secured with a credit card.
• A $20 per trip fee may apply, depending on location, for in home tutorials.
• Point Guarantees do not apply to tutorials

RETURNING STUDENTS - If a returning student fails to show up for the first class without contacting the main office, the student will be removed from the course and a $99 cancellation fee will apply.
